If you follow AI at all you must have heard about thre trial where Elon Musk sued Sam Altman and OpenAI over Musk’s assertion that OpenAI violated their initial mission as a non-profit.

The jury said Musk waited too log to bring the case and the case was dismissed without any decision. That’s it. End of story.

As far as I’m concerned there’s nothing more to be said. Sure, we could debate the merits of the csse but, unless another case is brought that circumvents the timeline, we’re just flapping our gums.
